HOW LONG WILL MY ACCOUNT LAST FOR?

There is no set period for the length of time an account will work* but you are covered by the warranty period that you purchase.

*Rapid IPTV and Vader Streams will work for the duration of the subscription purchased (1 month, 6 months, 12 months etc.)

WHAT IS MY WARRANTY FOR?

Your warranty covers you for x number of months. If your account stops working during this time then it will be replaced free of charge.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY WARRANTY EXPIRES?

If your account continues to work after the warranty has expired, you are free to use it until it does stop working.

When your account stops working after the warranty has expired, you must purchase another account to continue using the service.

CAN I CHANGE THE ACCOUNT PASSWORD AND OTHER DETAILS?

No, under no circumstances must you change any account details. If you do so, the account will become void and a replacement will not be issued.

WHAT CAN I ACCESS THE STREAMS ON?

Streaming accounts will work on all official websites / apps / add-ons.

There is an official Kodi add-on for Vader Streams, and it will also (like Rapid IPTV) work on any device that accepts M3U playlists, and also works on Mag Boxes.

Third-party XBMC / Kodi / Android / iOS apps do work for streaming accounts but these are not guaranteed to work.

WHAT INTERNET SPEED DO I NEED?

Streams will work on an as low as 2-6 Mbps connection but a 10+Mbps connection is recommended.

CAN I USE THE ACCOUNT ON MULTIPLE DEVICES?

You can, but not at the same time! If you do, this will void your warranty.

* Sky Go and Sky Go Extra accounts are strictly one device only, and this must be the first device that you register. This can not be changed at any time.
